Why Can’t I Play Games At the Arcade?
If you see an error message that you cannot play games in the Arcade it is because you haven’t earned or won any points today.
- You can only play games in the Arcade with points you earned or won today (won through friends, bonus earned by promoting Winzy, or won when playing games).
- When you click on a game, the points available for playing today will be displayed.
You can view how many points you’ve earned today in the
My Points
page in My Account.
- The “My Winzy Points At a Glance” section displays all points earned/won today.
