I Never Received a Confirmation Email. What Should I Do?
The first step is to check your spam or bulk mail folder to see if it was misfiled. If you can’t see it there:
- Add “account@winzy.com” to your email address book.
- Go to
My Account
and click on the “confirm now” link
- Click the “Send Confirmation Email” button and we will resend a confirmation email to your email address.
