I Can’t Sign In. What Should I Do?

If you are having problems signing in, here are a few things to try:
- Check your computer clock to make sure it is displaying the correct date & time.
- If the date & time are incorrect, enter the correct information.
- Make sure you are using the correct email address you used to Join Winzy:
- To check if your email address is registered with Winzy, go to the reset password page and enter your email address.
- Click the “Continue” button.
- If you get an error message, it means this email is not registered with Winzy. You may have misstyped your email address when you registered or used a different email address to register.
If you can’t remember the original email address, go to Join Winzy page to register for a new account.
- If there is no error, it means that the email address is registered with Winzy and you will receive an email from Winzy with instructions on how to reset your password.
- Follow the instructions to reset your password and sign in to your account.
If you don’t receive the Reset Password email:
- Check your spam or bulk mail folder to see if it was misfiled.
- Add account@winzy.com to your address book and try again.
- Let us know if reset password doesn’t work:
- If you did not receive the reset password email click here. Make sure to first check your junk mail or spam folder.
- Did you get an error message when you tried to reset your password?
- If you get the error message “Could not match Key/Email” it means you are entering an incorrect email:
- First, please check the spelling of the email and remove any extra spaces either at the beginning or end of your email and submit the form again.
- If you are sure the email you entered is correct and you are still unable to submit the form, please click here.
- If you get the error message “Your confirm password does not match“ it means that the text you entered in “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” fields are not identical.
- Enter the same password on both fields and submit the form again.
- If you are sure they both match and you are still unable to submit the form, please click here.
- Are you still having problems signing in after you successfully reset your password?
- If you successfully reset your password, you should be automatically signed in to Winzy. If you are not, please click here. Make sure to let us know what happened after you reset your password. Examples:
- Did the form refresh and nothing happened?
- Were you sent to the sign in page?
